Voting Campaign
Protect Our Winters is a climate advocacy organization made up of outdoor enthusiasts and the snowsport community. This campaign aims to show that the value of voting goes beyond politicians, but impacts our lives and things we love most. This ad campaign empowers the audience to vote and shows how voting, specifically through POW initiatives, have impacted our lives, society, and the progress of environmental protection. This campaign aims to show that when we vote we are voting for actions, change, and the things we love.

The goal is to present voting as a result in order to show that voting creates real tangible impacts.
We want to show that voting impacts our lifestyles and the places we love. It’s our power to create the changes we want to see.
There’s no voting without stickers, right?
To add to the campaign, I developed stickers that not only showed support for the act of voting but also explained what the vote accomplished. Often proposals on ballots can be hard to understand and lack clarity. My goal is to change that and provide clear language on initiatives and voting accomplishments.
A Field Guide To Climate Advocacy:
Access to valuable information on how to play a larger role in climate advocacy should be readily available, enjoyable, and easy to understand. For this voting campaign, I wanted to create more ways for people to interact with voting and climate advocacy resources that Protect Our Winters provides. As a solution, I created pamphlets that could be handed out in retail stores, bars and restaurants, POW events, street fairs, and places alike.
